On Monday October 28^th, the City of Manzanita held its first Community Summit for the Comprehensive Plan and Housing Ordinance Update project. Project information can be found here. The focus of the Community Summit was Oregon’s Statewide Land Use Planning Goal 10: Housing. Members of the project management team delivered a presentation, then a community mapping activity followed, all of which can be seen here. This survey is for those who were able to attend as well as those who were not. The responses from this survey will be used by the project management team to inform Manzanita City Council and Planning Commission about the experiences, perceptions, and preferences of those who live, work, and play in Manzanita regarding local housing options.
