PLEASE NOTE: The Old City Hall located on Laneda Avenue is now private property.
The temporary/current Manzanita City Hall is Located at:
167 S 5th Street
Manzanita, Oregon 97130
(503)368-5343
Although that is the legal address, the temporary City Hall is Located behind the Police Station. There is a paved path on the South side of the police station that leads to City Hall.
There is Parking Available directly in front of City Hall at roughly 461 Dorcas Ln.
Building permits are available from the Building Department at either City Hall, or on this website here:
Where do I find the Manzanita Water Quality Reports?
The city water reports are at the bottom of every page on this website and on the Public Works Page.
