Short Term Rental Complaint Form
The City of Manzanita understands that its residents are not always comfortable contacting the owner or agent of a short-term rental to make a complaint, so it is providing an on-line form for the reporting of non-emergency complaints. However, you may still direct complaints to the owner or agency if you chose to.
When filling out the complaint form, please include all relevant information related to the complaint and upload any related pictures. You do not need to know the name of the owner, but you do need to list the address. The address will be verified by a third party before the complaint is forwarded to city staff for follow-up.
Non-emergency complaints that need to be addressed during weekend and evening hours should always be reported to the owner or agent for a timely resolution as these complaint forms are not immediately received by city staff.

If there is an emergency, you should call 911. If there is a non-emergent situation requiring a police response, you should call non-emergency dispatch at 503-815-1911.
Please note: This form is not to be used by guests or potential guests of short-term rentals who are trying to resolve issues related to a reservation.
