Ordinance 10-3 change proposals
The Manzanita Short-Term Rental Oversight Workgroup was formed in October of 2019 and charged with the responsibility for reviewing the existing STR Ordinance 10-3 as it relates to livability concerns within the Manzanita Community.
Over the past year, the workgroup has identified, researched, and discussed a number of issues, including noise, parking, occupancy limits and a number of other key concerns, along with a community-wide survey effort that generated statistical and participant experiences for workgroup use.
The workgroup is currently engaged in outreach seeking comment from the industry stakeholders and the general public on potential changes to Ordinance 10-3.
Below, you will find both a change submittal template along with various already submitted change proposals.
